All orders are dispatched with 24 hours.

Please refer to the 'Order Dispatched' e-mail you will receive when your order is dispatched. This e-mail will contain a tracking number which can be tracked at http://www.royalmail.co.uk

We cannot currently guarantee delivery times but will shortly be offering Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day delivery. This will be available before Christmas 2006.

Before contacting Superia.co.uk to track your order, please allow 7 days for UK orders. We also ask that you contact your local delivery office to ensure a member of Post Office personnel has not tried to deliver but failed to leave a card.
