How do I shop at Superia.co.uk?
Enter our store and browse
at your leisure from the comfort of your own home. Follow
the links at the top of the screen to the sections you
fancy and peruse our fantastic range.
If you like the look of anything
simply click on the 'Add to cart' button and it will be added
to your cart (you can always remove it later!).
You may check the contents
of your basket at any time by clicking 'View shopping cart'
and you also have the option to remove items from your
cart whilst on that page. |
I've finished shopping - How do I buy?
Simply click the checkout button and you will be transferred
to the secure environment of the GetCarted shopping cart system. Fill in your personal details and
let us take care of the rest. |
What are my payment options?
For your convenience,
you may shop at Kingdoms using any major debit or credit
card. We accept Visa, Visa Delta/Electron, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and Solo. We do not accept American Express.
Credit card details entered into our secure servers
are verified within seconds and are not stored by us. |
Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?
We use 1024 bit encryption to transmit your details
to our bank servers, and as your card is verified and
debited instantly we do not store card details - online
or off-line, giving you total piece of mind. |
Why wont Superia accept my credit / debit card?
There are a variety of reasons why your card may have been declined on our site. We can offer information on some of these possibilities but you will need to confirm with your bank for a definate answer.
- Your card may have been declined by your bank for one of the following reasons
- Limit Reached
- Random Security Measure (Unsupported by internet merchants)
- Incorrect expiry or valid-from date
- At busy times, the link between payment providers and your bank may be down. If this is the case, often simply trying again later will result in success

I don't have a credit / debit card, can I still place an order with you?
Of course you can! If
you don't have a credit / debit card or are having any
problems placing your order online, we can accept mail
order too!
Please proceed as normal when using the site. When you have added all the items you require to the shopping cart and selected the shipping method...Print the cart page

How quickly will I get my order?
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched that day. On occasions we may be short of stock on some items, these will be dispatched within a few days of your order being placed and delivered within the week.
At Christmas time, please allow extra time for your order to arrive. |
Can I have my order delivered to an alternative address?
Certainly!
We understand that some
customers may want us to deliver a parcel as a present
or maybe that you wont
be at your own home to accept delivery. We can easily
deliver presents to your friends or maybe your order
to your works address or elsewhere where you are able
to accept delivery (totally discretely of course!)
Simply go to the the
checkout as normal when you have finished browsing our
website. Then,
fill in the name and address that your credit/debit
card is registered to. At the bottom, tick the box
'Tick this box if the delivery information is different from the billing address.'
Fields for the delivery address will then appear for you to complete
Then, fill out your payment
details and we will dispatch your order to the delivery
address you specify.
The confirmation email
you will receive from out payment processors WILL NOT
contain the delivery address details, please do not
be alarmed by this - if you filled in the form, it will
be delivered where you requested. |
What if I'm not in to receive my parcel?
Usually your Royal Mail will
require you to be at home to receive your parcel either
because it is to big to fit through your letterbox or
because it requires a signature. If you are not at home
for whatever reason when delivery is attempted, Royal
Mail will post a card through your letterbox advising
you that your parcel is ready for collection at your
local post office. Simply take the card (within
7 days) to your post office to collect your
goods.
If this is inconvenient, you may choose to have your
parcel delivered to an alternative address than your
own, be it a friends address or your work address. Don't
worry, all parcels are sent out in plain packaging and
don't display our name or the contents anywhere on the
outside!
If you are not present to accept
your parcel and you do not collect it within 7 days
from your local Post Office, it is returned to our warehouse;
there is an additional postage charge of £3.50
if you require it to be sent out to you again so please arrange for someone to be in. |
I've made a mistake on my address!
If you have made a typing mistake on your address you need to email us as soon as you realise. If the item has not been dispatched, we will edit the address for you. However please read the following points
- Address cannot be significantly changed due to payment card processing checks
- If the item has been dispatched and become lost due to an incorrectly entered address, this is fully your responsibility

I've changed my mind! I want to cancel my order.
As credit cards are billed
automatically at the time you place the order and goods
are always dispatched within 12 hours. Once it has left
the warehouse we are unable to offer refunds or credits
due to the personal nature of our products and hygiene reasons.
If you manage to cancel your order before it
has left our warehouse, there will be a 15% restocking
fee charged. This is to cover the costs we have already
incurred in processing your credit card and materials used to pack it. |
Will my order carry a guarantee?
If any item is faulty we will happily exchange it for
for you. You must return the product to us within 7
days of receipt. Due to the personal nature of many
of our products, we can only exchange items that are
unused - something we are confident you will respect.
We are unable to offer refunds or credits.
For your own piece of mind, we recommend items returned
are sent back using Recorded Delivery and should include
a brief letter outlining the problem and containing
your name, address and order number. |
I want to return an item that I have received.
Due to the personal nature
of most of our goods and the copyright issues with videos,
we are unable to accept returns for refund or credit,
unless a product is faulty.
If you have purhased
clothing which does not fit, please return it to us
within 7 days (in a resaleable condition) stating which
size you would prefer along with your name, address,
order number and a cheque / postal order made payable
to 'Superia'
for £3.50 to cover additional shipping. Please note that this exchange of clothing is based on good will and we will not be able to resell the items you have returned. |
Will my order be discretely packaged?
Here at Superia.co.uk we respect our customer's
privacy. All our packages are sent out in plain packaging
with no reference to our business on the outside. Also your credit card will be discretely billed as
'Two Love Ltd', our payment processor. |
Will my information be passed on to other companies?
As we respect your privacy, rest assured we will never
pass on any information to any other parties. If you have subscribed to our mailing lists while placing an order, you may receive periodical emails. These can always be opted out of easily and reliably. |
Do Superia.co.uk offer wholesale to other businesses?
At present we do not offer any wholesale service. We aim to introduce dropshipping for existing and new merchants in Q2, 2007. |
