2. All goods and products supplied from this website are the property of the website owner Internet Processing Ltd, until they are paid for in full and any additional requests for customer ID have been honoured.

4. This website honours and trades in accordance with the EU distance selling directive. Due to the nature of our products and personal hygiene reasons, we impose specific terms with regard to returns. We trade in the following manner:
   
   
   1. Areas of our website which require your personal details and payment details operate under a secure 128bit encrypted environment.
   2. Our goods and products contain a 14 day moneyback guarantee. If you wish to return your purchase within this time, we will exchange your product or offer you a moneyback guarantee. The following terms apply
      
      
   3. Good must be completed unused. (We will examine them)
      
      
   4. Goods must be in their original packaging
      
      
   5. Goods must ARRIVE at our office within 14 days of you receiving your order
      
      
   6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non exchangable and non refundable - This is for hygiene reasons and is non negotiable
      
      
5. If we believe that goods have been used or the conditions above have not been met we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items that have been dispatched in sealed packaging but returned opened will not be refunded.
   
   
6. Any orders which are returned to us as unclaimed will be subject to a redelivery fee.
   
   
7. Any issues such as delivery shortages and damaged goods must be reported to Superia.co.uk within 3 days of delivery.
   
   
8. Your card statement will show 'Two Love Ltd', our secure payment processing partner.

10. Superia.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect address information being entered on our checkout pages.

12. RETURNS POLICY
    We are happy to exchange goods if the size or colour is not right for a 15% exchange fee (£5 minimum) to cover the shipping and handling costs.
    
    If, upon receipt, an item appears faulty we suggest you first check that batteries have been inserted correctly and if so try another set of batteries. If the item still seems to be faulty, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide an exchange by return post free of charge.
    
    For your own piece of mind we recommend that any goods returned to us are sent using Recorded Delivery or a similar insured service as we cannot be help responcible for goods we do not receive.
    
    For us to be able to assure you the goods we send are brand-new, we are unable to accept them back once supplied, unless the goods were faulty upon receipt. This requirement does not affect your statutory rights.
    
    
    
13. CANCELLATION POLICY
    All customers cards are verified and debited in real time when ordering, and the orders are immediately passed to our warehouse and shipped within hours. Therefore, once the checkout process has been completed it is not possible to cancel an order.
