Dramatic Cloud Formation Dramatic cloud formation, taken late afternoon.

The Altar This natural stalagmite formation is found in Harrison's Cave in Barbados. It has been named 'The Altar' as it resembles a bridal couple kneeling before a priest. The location is a popular place for wedding ceremonies.

Column in the Making Water seeping through rock into a cave creates a stalactite with corresponding stalagmite, eventually over thousands of years will form a column of calcite.
